The Role of NAASAS

NAASAS - The National Association for the Advancement of Science & Art in Sexuality provides memberships and certifications that are affiliation associations for those professionals in the adult novelty industry only. NAASAS is not a regulatory agency and is a privately owned company that does not represent a state or federal government official, agency, laws or guidelines.

Memberships and certifications through NAASAS are not a guarantee of proper legal practices and all members are encouraged to seek legal counsel when attempting to run a business in the adult novelty industry based on their individual needs and location. We make no claims of legal representation for any of our members and are not responsible for content or behavior that is exhibited by our members. NAASAS simply provides suggestions to professionals in the adult novelty industry on how they might improve their business practices; but does not regulate them in any manner, nor is responsible for them.

Confidentiality Disclosure Statement

All of our communication may become part of a record, which is accessible to you upon request. We will keep confidential anything you say to us, with the following exceptions-

A ) You direct us to tell someone else with written consent.
B ) We determine that you are a danger to yourself or others.
C ) We are ordered by a court order to disclose information.
D ) There is information provided that indicates child abuse/neglect is occurring.
E ) We suspect that a minor may be attempting to order or viewing our adult products.

Please note, we will NEVER ask you for sensitive credit card information, etc. by email as that is not a secure way to transfer that kind of information.

We Do Not Spam And Will Take Legal Action Against False Spam Reports.

Site Errors

In the event that a product or service is listed at an incorrect price or with incorrect information due to an error, NAASAS shall have the right to refuse or cancel any orders placed for a product or service listed at the incorrect price.

NAASAS shall have the right to refuse or cancel any such orders whether or not the order has been confirmed and your credit card charged. If your credit card has already been charged for the purchase and your order is canceled, NAASAS shall issue a credit to your credit card account in the amount of the charge.

Educational Certifications

The certifications provided by NAASAS are for acknowledgment that an individual has passed the exams through the NAASAS program only. Certifications are not acknowledged as a degree or legal authorization in any form. NAASAS is not an accredited institution.

Legal Action

NAASAS is owned and operated by Holistic Wisdom, Inc. Legal action brought against Holistic Wisdom, Inc. shall be governed by the laws of the State of Colorado without regard to its conflict of law principles. You agree that the sole jurisdiction and venue for any litigation arising from your use of or orders made on the Holistic Wisdom, Inc. sites shall be an appropriate federal or state court located in El Paso County, CO.

Life Time Membership

Fees are based on a one payment lifetime membership for as long as NAASAS remains active. Should NAASAS cease to exist no refunds will be provided. We have been in business since June of 2000 and NAASAS was created in 2005.
